Warranty

H2O Flow Canada Corp. ("the Company") provides a warranty for each product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original installation, and a warranty for a period of five years from the date of original installation on fibreglass resin tanks, salt tanks, and control valves. If any defects occur within the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, replace or recondition the product free of charge. This warranty constitutes the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty, and the Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, labor charges, delays, vandalism, negligence, fouling caused by foreign material, damage from adverse water conditions, chemicals, or any other circumstances beyond the Company's control. Please note that this warranty is void if the product is abused, misused, improperly applied, or installed incorrectly.
